Dana has extensive marketing, innovation and brand development experience and her career includes Board positions with two of the UK's leading retailers - ASDA and Boots the Chemist.

She founded inspireRD in 2000, since when it has assisted retailers globally to develop and enhance their customer proposition and brand communication.
