Brief:
To develop customer communication proposals that will enable the easy
location of all departments. Motorbikes are sold on emotion but current
offers look more like a supermarket. Can the passion of and for the
product be incorporated into the offers and services.

Scope:
The project needed to be delivered within a very tight timescale (14 days)
A secondary goal of improving the easy location of all departments was to
increase footfall to clothing and accessories areas.

Results:

Signage was designed, developed and the trial store implemented within
14 days, in order to enable rollout within the promotional cycle.
Navigational signage was rolled out across all the branches. Design
principles were set for all in-store communication.
