the product and service delivery.

Review and develop the people, product and environment
concurrently. Ensure that the colleagues feel that they are at the heart
of the store. Focus on fresh departments and development of new
ranges and a dynamic and distinctive building and environment.

Approach:
Internal & external team assembled, including operations, trading,
design, architecture and project management.

Results & Performance:

  • Market Hall became the platform of redevelopment for all Asda stores
  • Year 2 sales targets achieved in Year 1
  • Total build cost in line with previous stores
