functional working with both internal and external teams.

- Identified £14 million annualised savings. £4million
of the savings
were banked within four months
- Developed tiered specification with target costed schemes
- Developed a methodology to enable the internal silos to work
more efficiently in cross functional teams.
- Reviewed the current lighting schemes and developed a lighting
brief based on the desired effect
- Developed a process to capture and inform on the change of
specification and standards
